The F-Bomb

Both my parents and I have been some sort of sick this past month: Bronchitis, Sinus Infection, Flu. Talk about obnoxious. Obviously, prevention is the best recipe for the Cold Season. But what happens when you start feeling the slightest bit of a bug? You need to F-Bomb it!

The F-Bomb...F for Flu, that is...but I'm pretty sure there are 4 letter words that you want to say if you get the Flu. Yuck! :) Yes, there is an oil recipe called the Flu Bomb. And yes, it works. It's simple and healthy! Rest, Flu Bomb and lots and lots of Water (add Lemon Oil to help speed up the process).

Here's the recipe for the Flu Bomb:
In a capsule, take a capsule every 4 hours up to 4 times a day. Use only 100% CPTG doTERRA oils. These oils/recipe is to help strengthen your immune system.

3 drops Oregano
5 drops On Guard
5 drops Melaleuca
5 drops Lemon
2 drops Frankincense
3 drops Peppermint
(Add 2 drops Lime before bed)

Have a sore throat as well? Try this: Warm water with 2 drops Lemon Oil, 2 drops On Guard, and spoonful of Honey (preferably local honey). There's tons of recipes for sore throats, but if you're taking the Flu Bomb, this should suffice.
